I focused on the food, and I just relaxed.
Sometimes I go to the bathroom to breathe and center myself….
It’s really difficult sometimes but just remember how shitty you felt when you were drinking, nothing good will come of it and you’ll be so relieved you didn’t drink in the morning. Stay strong HM! X
